Came with my husband, everything was very good. The room was neat and modern with 2 twin beds when upgraded. The staff were all fairly friendly and affable.

The hotel was located near shops & restaurants, a convenient area, and Savannah, GA. The room itself was tidy with 2 twin beds and had the things we needed. Everyone was very gracious and pretty friendly as well as host.

It was a trendy boutique hotel that covered all our needs. The staff members were all excellent and amicable. Actually, the room was tastefully decorated and modern, it also had a shower, hairdryers, and robes.

The hotel had a charming decor and a relaxing vibe that I enjoyed. The beds were comfortable and the toiletries were of high-end quality. The location was also convenient, with many outlets for charging and the wifi password was easy to find. I particularly liked the options for streaming services on the large TV in the room.

I had a few negative experiences during my stay. The check-in process was choppy and confusing, which set a negative tone for the rest of my stay.

The design and decor were fantastic, which made our stay a lot more enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which is always a plus. We also appreciated the great food options with delicious vegetarian and vegan selections, plus the easy-to-use wifi and ample charging outlets. we liked the easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options.

The check-in process was choppy and confusing, and the noise from a nearby event disrupted our relaxation time. We wished we could have enjoyed the indoor spaces, but they were occupied.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the bar/cafe onsite was a plus. A comfortable lobby area added to the overall experience. Modern touches mixed with historical decor.

The front desk was very helpful and accommodating with any changes we needed to make to our reservation. The modern room was comfortable and had great facilities like a clean bathroom and a functional layout.

That some staff members seemed too busy to assist us at times.

The breakfast offered a great variety, with delicious pastries and coffee. The hotel's design and decor were impressive, and the property itself was absolutely beautiful. I had a wonderful experience at Bradford House and would definitely recommend it.
